Here at 1A Preservations with our specialist survey's we can identify any problems with your property, from the cleaning of a gutter outlet, roofing damage, to damp proofing damage, to wood damage and treatment. We will complete a full survey and will outline in detail our recommendations for the works to be undertaken. Our recommendations will be shown in our documented report which will include relevant photographs and illustrations.

Each roof inspection or survey will be accompanied by a detailed report giving recommendations for any work required. We will provide a verbal indication of costs within 24 hours, where urgency is paramount and immediate action is called for. Typically a written report and estimate can be supplied within 48 to 72 hours.

Naturally the complexity and urgency of a job will determine how quickly an estimate can be delivered. Where a quick turn round in an estimate is required, we can send an a expert written report and estimate via email. Rest assured our expert staff will thoroughly examine your property for any signs of damage or corrosion and our consultants can give impartial advice on the best system available on the market place, and recommend those most suitable for your problem identified in the report and survey.
