1APreservations offers a quality and efficient service. We aim to provide peace of mind and all our work is done following strict guidelines.

Our work is covered by our own Guarantees for up to 30 years, specifically for damp treatment and roofing work.

Our free of charge guarantees are as follows:

30 year standard damp treatment

15 year standard roofing work

In addition we offer Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG) for a fee depending on the type of work and the contract value. These are listed below:

30 IBG damp treatment: cost is 5% of the contract value

30 IBG timber treatment: cost is 5% of the contract value

30 IBG cavity wall ties: cost is £15 per £750 of contract value

20 IBG rubberbond EPDM: cost is £75 per contract value

Where applicable a full guarantee will be issued when the work is completed.
